From Passion to Technology

How Was GDCS Founded?

Our beginnings go back to the meeting of two engineers who spent years gaining experience in infrastructure and cloud projects for global brands such as Intel, Cisco, and Red Hat. From the merger of independent practices came Global Digital Cloud Solutions, with the goal of delivering enterprise-class IT solutions to companies in Poland and Europe.

Today GDCS acts as a partner for organizations of all sizes: from startups in need of quick technological support to corporations migrating hundreds of systems to the cloud. Our advantage lies in experience, practical know-how, and a work culture focused on delivering measurable results.

2009
Founding of SSIT

The company Smart And Secure IT was established — focused on building and maintaining server systems, mainly in the public sector.

2016
First Collaboration

Our leaders, Dariusz and Margo, worked together for the first time, not yet knowing what the future would bring.

2018
Focus on Data Centers

Smart And Secure IT — due to strong activity in the Data Center sector and the shift towards cloud systems, the company changed its name to GDCS and began focusing on Public and Private Cloud projects — GCP, Azure, AWS, and OpenStack.

2024
Merger

"GDCS" by Dariusz Komla and "SECCON" by Margo Rembas joined forces to establish a joint venture — Global Digital Cloud Solutions Ltd. Together, they design IT systems and optimize the costs of cloud solutions.

2025
OneExpert Initiative

The OneExpert.pl brand was founded, an initiative bringing together the best specialists with the best employers in the technology industry. We began our journey into IT recruitment and team building in the Polish and Norwegian markets.

CEO & Founder
Enterprise Technology Architect

Margo Rembas

An experienced engineer and cloud solutions architect with a background in Intel and Microsoft technologies. She is the founder of SECCON, a company that since 2008 has been delivering IT projects for both the public and private sectors.

She has worked in IT since 2002. For more than 7 years she was part of the Intel Datacenter and AI Group (DCAI) as a cloud solutions architect and technical lead for RedHat Openshift and Microsoft Cloud technologies. Her experience in cloud computing includes international projects with major ISVs such as Accenture, WIPRO, as well as software vendors like Microsoft, Amazon, and RedHat. This enabled her to build a strong portfolio of reference architectures for OEMs and clients. She has a broad perspective as a solutions owner for companies such as Atos and Intive, and as an innovator in different technological adaptations at Intel.

She actively supports the Women in Tech community as a mentor, promoting diversity and the development of women in IT. She emphasizes continuous learning, adaptability, and the ability to learn from mistakes as key factors for success in today’s fast-changing technology world.

Dariusz Komla

Founder, engineer, and specialist. Over the past twenty years he has worked with companies such as Intel, Cisco, Red Hat, and Boeing. As a member of the Intel team he co-created reference architectures for server solutions integrating Cisco and Red Hat technologies.

He is an expert in cloud technologies, infrastructure maintenance, and reliable solutions to support applications. He is passionate about working with new technologies and enthusiastically embraces the challenges of new IT projects.
